ROK National Assembly Member Park Geun-hye called on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong at the Istana this morning. Ms Park is visiting Singapore under the Singapore International Foundation Distinguished Visitors Programme. During the call, Mr Lee and Ms Park affirmed the strong ties between Singapore and the Republic of Korea, and exchanged views on the challenges facing the two countries in the face of a rapidly changing global environment. Mr Lee also gave Ms Park an overview of Singapore's economic and social policies.
