MFA Press Statement: Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Singapore and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan

The Government of the Republic of Singapore and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, wishing to strengthen and develop friendly relations between them, have agreed to establish diplomatic relations with effect from 22 June 2006.
