MFA Spokesman's Comments: Republic of Korea's UNSG Candidature

"In response to media queries, the MFA Spokesman said that the announcement of ROK Foreign Minister Ban Ki-moon's candidacy for the position of United Nations Secretary-General will not affect Singapore's support of Thai Deputy Prime Minister Surakiart Sathirathai's candidacy. Deputy Prime Minister Surakiart remains ASEAN's consensus candidate."
