In response to media queries on the closure of the Singapore International Teaching Consultancy (SITC) in Vietnam, the MFA Spokesman said:
"The Singapore International Teaching Consultancy (SITC) is a commercially-run entity with no connection with the Singapore Government.
We hope that the reported problems involving SITC will be resolved expeditiously in accordance with Vietnam's laws."
