Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo will visit Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to speak at the Global Leadership Forum, which will be held from 6-7 September 2005. The Global Leadership Forum invites distinguished speakers and captains of industry to share their views, thoughts and ideas under the theme "Leadership, Innovation and Branding - The Way Forward". The topic of Minister Yeo's speech is "Repositioning Ourselves". Other speakers at the event include Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
While in KL, Minister Yeo will also take the opportunity to meet with his counterpart, Malaysian Minister of Foreign Affairs Datuk Seri Syed Hamid, as well as other Malaysian leaders.
