Passport Matters

How do I apply for a new Singapore passport?

You can apply for a new passport via the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES).

Alternatively, you may submit your application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission

The processing time for overseas passport application is about 4 to 8 weeks, provided all relevant documents are duly submitted. If you are residing overseas, ICA will dispatch the passport to the Singapore Overseas Mission where you had submitted your application, or to the Overseas Mission that you had specified in your online application. You may then proceed to the Embassy to collect the passport.

Replacing Lost or Damaged Singapore International Passports

Singaporeans who have misplaced or damaged their passports will not be able to apply for a new passport via ICA's e-Service. Please click here to find out how you may replace your lost passport.

Kindly visit ICA's website or write to them at ica_feedback@ica.gov.sg if you have further queries on matters pertaining to travel documents.
