Requests for notarial services are on an appointment-only basis, the Embassy will not accept any walk-in requests.
The Embassy only processes requests for notarial services on documents intended for use in Singapore. We do not perform notarial functions in respect of a document which will be used in a country other than Singapore. All requests for notarial services has to be accompanied by a letter or email from the requesting authority in Singapore that the document is to be used in Singapore.
Please email scanned copies of the documents and schedule an appointment with the Embassy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Appointments can only be made between 9.00am to 1.00pm on weekdays. Do bring along your passport and/or other forms of photo identity for identification purposes.
