VISIT OF PRIME MINISTER LEE HSIEN LOONG TO SHANGHAI, 10 TO 12 APRIL 2018

Prime Minister Lee made a working visit to China (Beijing, Hainan, and Shanghai) from 8 to 12 April to attend the 2018 Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual Conference.

PM met with President Xi Jinping in Bo’ao, and Premier Li Keqiang and Vice President Wang Qishan in Beijing.  Prime Minister Lee also met and was hosted to dinner by Shanghai Party Secretary Li Qiang during his visit to Shanghai. Prime Minister Lee was also the Guest-of-Honour at the DBS Asian Insights Conference 2018, which was held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of DBS and its 25th anniversary of establishment in China.


Prime Minister Lee and Mrs Lee also took a walk along the The Bund at night – one of the most iconic locations in Shanghai!
