Note : The list below applies to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing as well as the Singapore Consulates-General in Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Xiamen.

When a Public Holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the following working day shall be observed as a holiday.

Monday, 19 February 2018 is a holiday (for Chinese New Year)
# The State Council has announced the holiday adjustments.
(a) Chinese New Year
Tuesday, 20 February and Wednesday, 21 February are holidays. However, Sunday, 11 February and Saturday, 24 February are working days.
(b) Qingming Festival
Friday, 6 April is a holiday. However, Sunday, 8 April is working day.
(c) Labour Day
Monday, 30 April is a holiday. However, Saturday, 28 April is working day.
(d) China National Day
Thursday, 4 October and Friday, 5 October are holidays. However, Saturday, 29 September and Sunday, 30 September are working days.
The above list also applies to the Singapore Consulates-General in Shanghai, Xiamen and Guangzhou and the Consulate in Chengdu.
