You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Tokyo, Japan under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to participate in this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") for the Invitation To Tender – Provision of (I) Seismic Resistance Diagnosis; (II) Feasibility Study on Redevelopment Potential; and (III) Durability Investigation at the Embassy.

This invitation to Tender is opened from 4 June 2025 to 11 July 2025 at 1600 hours (Japan time). Prior to the submission of proposal, all interested vendors are required to attend a mandatory tender briefing at the Embassy on 13 June 2025 at 1100hrs (Japan time). Please register your attendance with Admin Assistant Iuchi Risa at 030-3586-9111 or email risa_iuchi@mfa.sg by 1500 hrs (Japan time) on 12 June 2025.
