Our Office can assist to forward your application for a Singapore international passport to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), which is the processing authority.
Alternatively, you can apply for a new passport online through the Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES) available at ICA website (https://www.ica.gov.sg). Please note that the online application service is not available for those who had lost or damaged their passports.
At least one recent passport-sized colour photograph (taken within the last 3 months) of the applicant. The photograph must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish;
Applicant’s Singapore passport (original and photocopy). If you have lost your passport, a report issued by the National Immigration Agency (stating the loss) is required.

Collection of Passport
Our Office will inform you to collect your new passport after we receive it from ICA. You must come, in-person, to our Office with your current passport to collect the new one. All new passports that are not collected within 3 months from date of issuance will be returned to ICA. Fees paid for the passport will not be refunded.
The Singapore passport issued will be valid for 5 years. Any remaining validity of current passport will be transferred to the new one. If however the remaining validity of your passport exceeds 9 months, the validity upon renewal will still be capped at 5 years 9 months.
Extension of Passport
Passports that have run out of pages or have expired cannot be extended. A new passport must be applied.
Passport extension is only applicable to National Service (NS) liable male Singapore Passport holders between 11 to 17.5 years old who had their passports issued before 15 Aug 2006. Passport extension can be done at our Office or ICA (but not via APPLES).
Most countries require foreign passports to have a validity period of at least 6 months (from the date of entry). Hence, please apply for your Singapore passport in advance if you know you would be travelling.
