CG Loh Tuck Wai attended a charity event launched by Singapore brand Kinohimitsu and China Charities Aid Foundation for Children in Shanghai on 17 Feb 2017. The charity event, titled “Showing Care and Love for Left Behind Children (关爱留守儿童)”, aims to raise funds to help the large number of “left behind” children in China. In his speech, CG Loh said that he was encouraged that Singapore companies were engaging in charitable activities to give back to the local society, and such people-to-people exchanges constitute a strong pillar for the bilateral relationship between Singapore and China.
