SMS Josephine Teo visited Shanghai on 28 March 2016 to witness the signing of a new investment agreement between COSCO Pacific and PSA Singapore. Both companies have agreed to co-invest in three new mega berths at the Phases 3 and 4 expansion of the Pasir Panjang Terminal, which was opened last year.
