INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE FOR THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HAVC) SYSTEM AT THE CHANCERY FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN SHANGHAI FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE

 

                        You are invited to quote for the provision of Comprehensive Maintenance for the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) System.

                       

2                      You shall be deemed to have read and fully understood the following documents which constitute integral components of this quotation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein: -

 

                        (a)        Annex “A” -    Instructions to Quotation Offerers

                        (b)        Annex “B” -    Form of Quotation Offer

                        (c)        Annex “C” -    Conditions of Contract

                        (d)        Annex “D” -    Requirement Specifications

                        (e)        Annex “E” -    Contract Agreement

             

3                      Your Quotation Offers should be submitted using the Contractor’s Quotation Offer template and submitted by hand in a sealed envelope together with other supporting documents of your proposal. All documents should be stamped with your official seal. You should clearly indicate the above-mentioned title and the Consulate-General’s address on the envelope. The envelope should be submitted to the reception counter at the Consulate-General no later than 27 September 2019 at 4:30pm, Beijing Time.

 

4                      A site briefing will be conducted at the Consulate-General at the following address on Monday, 23 September 2019, at 1500 hrs (Beijing Time). Please register your participation for the briefing with Ms Chay Kit Yue via Email: chay.kit.yue@cpgfm.com.sg or Tel: (021) 6278 5566, providing your name in full, passport/identity card number, company name and contact details.

5                      The Consulate-General does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quotation Offers. The Quotation Award Notice will be published on the Consulate-General’s website.

 

6                      All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quotation Offer will be borne by you.

 

7                      All information supplied to you by the Consulate-General, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party. You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement during the site briefing before receiving the Tender Documents.

 

8                      The Consulate-General reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this invitation and the requirements listed in the Annexes.

10                    Your Quotation Offer shall remain valid for acceptance for a minimum period of 90 days from the closing of this invitation.
