Jiangsu Vice Governor Zhang Lei visited Singapore from 12 -14 October 2015, as part of Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli’s delegation to Singapore for the 12th Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation, 17th Suzhou Industrial Park Joint Steering Council and 8th Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city JSC meetings. The JCBC, SIP JSC and TEC JSC meetings are co-chaired by DPM Teo Chee Hean and Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli. Vice Governor Zhang Lei also co-chaired the 9th meeting of the Singapore-Jiangsu Cooperation Council (SJCC) with Minister of State (Manpower) Teo Ser Luck.
