Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs Ms Grace Fu had a dialogue session with Singaporean students in Shanghai over dinner at the Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai. This session was organized by the Overseas Singaporean Unit.
