Temporary Adjustment to the Embassy’s Opening Hours
In support of the ROK government’s social distancing drive to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Embassy’s opening hours will be adjusted to 10.00 am to 4.30 pm (from the current 9.00am to 5.30pm), with effect from Thursday, 12 March 2020. This is to allow Embassy staff to avoid travelling via public transport during busy peak hours. Starting tomorrow, the Embassy’s opening hours from Monday to Friday will be as follows:
· Opening hours: 10.00 am to 4.30 pm (Lunch time: 12.30 to 1.30 pm)
· Consular hours: 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, 2.00 to 4.00 pm (no change from previously)
Singaporeans who require urgent consular assistance outside the Embassy’s opening hours should contact the Embassy’s Duty Officer at +82-10-7204-6240 (if calling from outside the ROK), or 010-7204-6240 (if calling within the ROK).
For general and visa enquiries, please contact the Embassy’s main line at +82-2-774-2464~7 (if calling from outside the ROK), or 02-774-2464~7 (if calling within the ROK) during the Embassy’s opening hours.
The change in opening hours is a temporary measure and will remain valid until further notice. The Embassy’s operation remain unchanged.

대사관 업무시간 임시 조정
대사관은 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19) 확산을 막기 위한 한국 정부의 ‘사회적 거리두기’에 동참하기 위해 업무시간을 2020년 3월 12일 (목)부터 오전 10시에서 오후 4시30분으로 조정할 예정입니다 (기존 오전 9시에서 오후 5시30분). 대사관 직원들이 출퇴근 혼잡시간에 대중교통 이용을 피하기 위해 실시하게 되었습니다. 내일부터 대사관 업무시간은 월요일부터 금요일까지 다음과 같습니다.
· 업무시간: 오전 10:00 부터 오후 4:30 까지 (점심시간: 12:30 부터 오후 1:30 )
· 영사업무: 오전 10:00 부터 오후 12:00, 오후 2:00 부터 오후 4:00 까지 (변동 사항 없음)
