1 The Singapore High Commission in Pretoria invites interested companies to participate and quote for the provision of professional event organiser for the organisation, and execution of Singapore National Day Reception 2022 to be held on 11th August 2022, Thursday, from 4.00pm to 7.00pm at the Annex Building of the Office, known as Babahouse@ZA located at 982 Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria.
2 Interested companies are requested to contact Mr Webster Chia via email at Pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg to obtain ITQ Documents including instructions and the scope of event services that would be required for the event.
3 Quotation/Proposal/offers should be submitted electronically to the following email address Pretoria_Procurement@mfa.sg and be addressed to Mr Webster Chia, by Tuesday, 26 July 2022, 1700 hours South African Standard Time.
4 Any enquiries regarding the specifications may be made to Mr Webster Chia, in writing via e-mail at Pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg.
5 The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest Quotation Offer, or the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.
6 The ITQ Notice and the Award Notice will be posted on the bulletin board of the High Commission.
