Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Facilities Management Services for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York.

Interested parties are invited to submit a proposal for the provision of a two (2) years Facilities Management Services Contract with an option to extend for another one (1) year for the Chancery of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York located at 318 East 48th Street, New York, NY 10017.
Interested proposers must contact Mr Jeremy Chua/Mr Peter Kong at New_York_Perm_Rep_procurement@mfa.sg with copy to Jeremy_chua@mfa.gov.sg and kong_kok_wah@mfa.gov.sg for more information.
A compulsory tender briefing will be conducted on 29 January 2019 at 2.00 pm at The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York at 318 East 48th Street New York NY 10017.
All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Government of the Republic of Singapore c/o The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the United Nations in New York by hand with subject heading “Facilities Management Services Contract”.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
This ITT will close on Thursday, 21 February 2019 at 3.00 pm (New York Time).
The Mission will post the Award Notice on our Bulletin Board at the Singapore Mission.
