Dear Sir/Madam,

 

INVITATION TO QUOTE - PROVISION OF A ONE-TIME ON-SITE COVID-19 POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION (PCR) TEST FOR THE SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION IN KUALA LUMPUR (SHCKL) WITH AN OPTION FOR TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ON-SITE PCR TESTS

                    You are invited to quote for the provision of a one-time on-site COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test for the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur (SHCKL). The contract awarded may be extended for two additional on-site tests, at the sole discretion of the Government in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Quotation Conditions of Contract.

 

2                  Interested vendors shall email Mr Jonathan Lim (Jonathan_lim@mfa.gov.sg) and Mr Mohamed Firdaus Bin Mohamed Akbar (Mohamed_Firdaus_Mohamed_Akbar@mfa.gov.sg) to retrieve the ITQ documents. Any enquiries regarding the specifications should also be made to Mr Jonathan Lim and Mr Mohamed Firdaus via email by 21 December 2020, 4.00pm, local time (Malaysia). The quotation should adhere to the Quotation Conditions of Contract and specifications reflected in the ITQ documents.

 

3                  The proposal shall be submitted to the Government of the Republic of Singapore by hand in a sealed envelope addressed to Mr Mohamed Firdaus, Attaché (Admin & Consular). The closing date for the submission is 24 December 2020, Thursday at 4.00pm, local time (Malaysia). Please indicate the subject as “Provision of On-site COVID-19 PCR tests for SHCKL”.

 

4                  The ITQ proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria: (a) Compliance with specifications (60%) and; (b) Cost Competitiveness (40%).

 

5                  The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Tender Offer, or the whole or any part of any Tender Offer. We also reserve the right to award the contract wholly or partially.

 

6                  The awarded vendor will be notified by the Singapore High Commission in Kuala Lumpur via email. The award notice will also be placed in the High Commission’s bulletin board at the public Consular lobby.
