“New quarantine arrangement for travellers coming to Hong Kong with effect from 13 November 2020”
With effect from 13 November 2020, travellers who visited any country outside of Mainland China, excluding very high-risk areas specified otherwise, within 14 days before arriving in Hong Kong, mustprovide confirmation of a hotel reservation in Hong Kong for not less than 14 days from the day of arrival. In other words, travellers from low-risk countries, including Singapore, will no longer be allowed to serve their 14-day compulsory quarantine in their own residence.
