Mr Tan Hung Seng, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Singapore to the World Trade Organisation and the World Intellectual Property Organisation, presented his credentials to H.E. Dr Francis Gurry, Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organisation on 20 February 2019.
