The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the
PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS FROM 16 MAY 2020 TO 15 MAY 2023.
新加坡驻华大使馆火警报警系统/装置维护与保养服务期限为三年从2020年05月16日至2023年05月15日。
1.
Interested companies may contact Ms Alice Woon (云小姐) at 65321115 Ext 146 to register for the Quotation.
2.
A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on
09 January 2020 at 1100 hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing, No. 1 Xiu Shui Bei Jie, Jian Guo Men Wai, Chaoyang District. Invitation to Quote documents will be issued during the site briefing.
3.
Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
a)
Price (65%)
b)
Compliance with specifications (25%)
c)
Company track record (10%)
4.
The quotation opening period will be till
14 January 2020 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.
5.
All quotations must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating
“PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (03) YEARS FROM 16 MAY 2020 TO 15 MAY 2023.”
6.
Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
7.
The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
