INVITATION TO QUOTE – PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES TO THE SINGAPORE AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC

The Singapore Embassy in Beijing would like to invite relevant vendors to quote for the provision of Security Services at the Singapore Ambassador’s Residence in Beijing, PRC.

新加坡驻华大使馆现邀请各供应商为“新加坡驻华大使官邸提供保安服务项目”进行报价。

1. Interested companies may contact Mr Yu Zhen at 13911855621 to register for the Quotation.

    

2. A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on 12 September 2019 (Thursday) at 1000 hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Ambassador’s Residence in Beijing. Invitation to Quote documents will be issued during the site briefing.

    

3. Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:
   1. Price (55%)
   2. Compliance with specifications (35%)
   3. Company track record (10%)

       

4. The quotation opening period will be until 20 September 2019 at 1200 hrs Beijing Time.

    

5. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating “SUBJECT: SECURITY SERVICES TO THE SINGAPORE AMBASSADOR’S RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC”.

    

6. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.

    

7. The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
