Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellowship - Visit of The Honourable Nikki Kaye, New Zealand National Party Spokesperson for Education and Spokesperson for Sport and Recreation, 10 to 14 September 2019

  New Zealand Member of Parliament and National Party Spokesperson for Education and Spokesperson for Sport and Recreation The Honourable Nikki Kaye will visit Singapore as the 67th Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellow from 10 to 14 September 2019.

 

  Ms Kaye will call on Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Vivian Balakrishnan and Minister for Education Ong Ye Kung.  She will be hosted to lunch by Singapore Members of Parliament from the Singapore-New Zealand Parliamentary Friendship Group and the Government Parliamentary Committee for Education.  Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellowship (LKYEF) Chairman Lee Tzu Yang will also host a welcome dinner in honour of Ms Kaye.

 

Ms Kaye will also receive briefings by the Ministry of Education and visit the ITE College Central, Nanyang Polytechnic, the Lifelong Learning Institute and the Singapore Sports School.  

 

Established in 1991, the LKYEF invites outstanding individuals to visit Singapore. The Fellows are chosen on the basis of their track records and extraordinary potential to contribute to the development of their nations and bilateral relations with Singapore.
