MFA Press Statement: Official Visit of Her Excellency Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of The People's Republic of Bangladesh, 11 - 14 March 2018

Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina will make her first Official Visit to Singapore from 11 to 14 March 2018 at the invitation of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

During her visit, Prime Minister Hasina will call on President Halimah Yacob and meet Prime Minister Lee. She will speak at the Bangladesh-Singapore Business Forum organised by the Singapore Business Federation and visit the Singapore Botanic Gardens for an Orchid Naming Ceremony. Prime Minister Lee will also host an Official Lunch for Prime Minister Hasina.

Prime Minister Hasina will be accompanied by the Minister for Foreign Affairs Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali, the State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid, senior government officials, and a business delegation.
