Special Envoy of the Minister for Foreign Affairs Ambassador Zainul Abidin Rasheed will represent Singapore at the 11th Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD) Ministerial Meeting in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on 29 March 2013. While in Dushanbe, he will meet with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr Hamrokhon Zarifi, and Minister of State of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain Mr Ghanim bin Fadel Al Buainain. Special Envoy Zainul will be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
