The Indian Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has issued new ‘Guidelines for International Arrivals’ requiring International passengers travelling from six countries, including Singapore, to mandatorily undergo RT-PCR tests (conducted within 72 hours of travel) prior to their departure from these countries/destinations, with effect from 1st January 2023 (10.00 Hrs IST). Travellers will have to upload their COVID-19 negative RTPCR test reports on the Air Suvidha portal (www.newdelhiairport.in). Please note that in view of the COVID-19 situation, further changes to travel restrictions and control measures by the Indian Centre/State governments may be expected. Travellers should stay updated with the latest travel-related regulations in India, prior to commencing any travel within and out of India.
