As a Human Resource Specialist, you take on key roles in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and strategies that include attraction, career development, compensation and benefits, training and development, and change management.

- Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in the area of Human Resource, with strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong ability to engage people at all levels, and good planning and organisation skills.
