If you wish to apply for a Certificate of No Criminal Conviction, please submit the following documents to:

REQUIREMENTS

    1. Completed Application Form for Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (Form CRO 57) (To download, please go to http://www.spf.gov.sg/faqs/doc/cnccform.pdf);
    2. Set of finger print impressions to be attached to this application; Fingerprint impressions can be taken with the assistance of a Qualified Fingerprint Officer in local Police Station or Notary Public;

      If you wish to receive the forms by mail, please send us a self-addressed stamped (US$0.99) return envelope (size A4). Please indicate outside the envelope the types of form (i.e. application form, male or female finger print impression form) and the quantity required.

    3. Copy of old passport showing documentary proof of the duration of your stay in Singapore;
    4. Copy of your current passport;
    5. Two recent (identical) photographs;
    6. A letter from the respective Immigration authorities to show proof that the Certificate is required;
    7. Complete a declaration that you have not been convicted of any criminal offences in Singapore. Otherwise, please provide details of your conviction;
    8. International Bank Draft in Singapore currency (S$50) payable to the "Head Criminal Records CID". The fee is subject to change without notice.

Please note that the processing will normally take about 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
