Notarial and Authentication Services

The Embassy provides notarial and authentication services for any documents issued by Singapore Government Departments

Any documents not issued by Singapore Government Department but which requires notorisation must be referred to a Notary Public first for notarisation.  The Notarial Certificate then has to be presented to the proper authorities where the Notary Public's signature must be verified before presenting to this Embassy for attestation of signature.

Fee
KRW 2,400 for Statutory Declaration
KRW 1,200 for Certified True Copy
KRW 6,000 for Notarial Services
Applicants are advised to contact the Embassy on the required documents and fees before application. Applicants should bring the exact amount as payment.

Processing Time
Documents that require notarisation should be submitted to the Embassy for review. 01 working day is required for notarial and authentication services.
