IMMIGRATION MATTERS - CANCELLATION OF SINGAPORE EMPLOYMENT / DEPENDANT PASS

If you wish to cancel your Employment/Dependant Pass(es), please forward the following documents (original copy) to us:-

  1. Original Singapore Employment/Dependant Pass(es);
     
  2. Original Passport(s) which the passes were stamped;
     
  3. A letter addressed to the WORK PASS DIVISION, MINISTRY OF MANPOWER, indicating your wish to cancel your Employment/Dependant Pass(es). Please also provide your local contact number and address;
     
  4. Any other relevant documents issued to you by the Singapore Government agencies such as ICA, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Manpower, etc;
     
  5. No fee will be charged for the cancellation of Employment/Dependant Pass(es).

    1. For returning your passports by Courier Service or USPS Express Mail, the fees are US$22.00 and US$16.25 respectively.

To facilitate the return of your passports by post, please provide a self-addressed and stamped United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail / Priority Mail envelope OR a self-addressed prepaid envelope from a courier service of your choice. In the latter, please make sure that pick-up service from our location is available.
