VISA SERVICES Entry Requirements for All Visitors All visitors travelling to Singapore must satisfy the following requirements (irregardless of whether they require a pre-arrival visa) .

Visa Exemption for Cambodians Since 10 November 2003, Cambodian Nationals holding valid passports do not need to apply for a visa to enter Singapore if they intend to stay for 30 days or less. Visa Applications Visa applications may be submitted at the Embassy during visa hours (8:30 a.m. to 12 noon, Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays). Nationals of Level II Assessment Countries - Afghanistan; Algeria; Bangladesh; Egypt; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Lebanon; Libya; Morocco; Pakistan; Saudi Arabia; Somalia; Sudan; Syria; Tunisia; Yemen; Holders of Palestinian Authority Passport; Holders of Temporary Passport issued by the United Arab Emirates; Holders of Refugee Travel Document issued by Middle-East countries. Incomplete applications will be rejected Fees The visa processing fee is US$20 per visa, irrespective of the type or duration of visa. This fee is non-refundable even if the visa application is unsuccessful. Processing Time Level I Assessment Countries 3 working days Level II Assessment Countries 5 working days The processing time indicated does not include the day of submission, Cambodian and Singapore public holidays.
