CONSULAR SERVICES

The Consular Section of the Embassy is open during Embassy working hours.  Singaporeans or foreigners who require consular services are advised to telephone ahead for an appointment with the Consular Officer.

 

Foreigners who wish to apply for visa to travel to Singapore are advised to take note of the Embassy's visa operating hours as follows:

 

            Mondays to Fridays      08:30 to 12:00 hrs  (Application)

                                                14:30 to 16:30 hrs  (Collection)

            Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Singaporeans who need urgent consular assistance after office hours should call the Embassy at +855-23-220-914.

Notary Services

 

The Embassy provides notary services for official documents to be used in Singapore.  Depending on the type of service, a fee may be charged.  Please call ahead to the Embassy during office hours to arrange an appointment with the Consular Officer.  You are required to bring along your passport or identity card as proof of identity.
