Visa Application Form (FORM 14A)

You may obtain the visa application form (FORM IMM14A) here.
Please complete the form in English.

Notes:

We DO NOT accept incomplete application forms, insufficient documents that do not meet the above requirements.

The visa issued is normally dated on the day of submission and the validity of the visa cannot be changed once it is issued. Hence, please do not apply for the visa too early (i.e. more than a month) before your scheduled trip to Singapore. If the visa has expired, a new application has to be submitted. Applicants are therefore advised to check the visa issued date and its validity carefully upon collecting the visa.

The possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. The Duty Immigration Officer will determine the number of day stay for a visitor by issuing a Social Visit Pass at Singapore Checkpoints. Visitors with valid visas have to ensure that they meet the basic entry requirements before arriving in Singapore.

Applicants should ensure that their Visa applications are approved before they obtain their air ticket. The Singapore Consulate-General is not responsible for any financial loss in the event that the application is not successful.
