A Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (also known as CNCC) is issued strictly for immigration-related purposes.

The Consulate is not authorized to issue such certificates.  The issuing authority is:

Applicants who are overseas may apply by correspondence.  The application form can be obtained at the Consulate-General or downloaded from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Consular Homepage.
