Certificate of Clearance (previously know as Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) is issued for immigration-related purposes only and is required for immigration to some countries. COC is issued to Singapore Citizens, who have resided in Singapore for more than six months and are above the age of 16.
You can obtain the application form from the Consular Section of the Singapore High Commission. You can then send the form directly to the COC Office in Singapore. For further information, please contact:
