2:00 pm to 5:00 pm except Saturdays and Sundays, Japanese public holidays and Singapore's National Day (9 August).

Visa Services
With effect from 1st January 2010, the Singapore Embassy in Tokyo has ceased accepting visa applications at its premises. Applicants should submit their visa applications through one of the three Authorised Visa Agents in Tokyo. Submission of notarial service application is between 9.30 am and 12.00 pm.
For foreign nationals based near the Kansai region and who require a visa to visit Singapore, please note that we have implemented the Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) system since 1 September 2011. Applicants should submit their applications to one of the two Authorised Visa Agents in Osaka.
