Visa Services

Saudi nationals are required to apply for a visa to enter Singapore. Processing time would normally take 3-5 working days. Other nationals who wish to know if they require a visa to enter Singapore should contact the Consulate-General or visit the website www.ica.gov.sg.

Visa Application Forms

• All visa applications are required to duly complete the attached visa application form.
  
  
• The visa application forms are available free of charge at the Singapore Consulate-General (Villa 5, Al Sherebi Residential Complex, Al-Naeem District) from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm during working days from Saturday to Wednesday. The visa application forms can also be downloaded from the website: www.ica.gov.sg or at VFS Global, a visa agent appointed by the Consulate at its  website

Visa Hours

• Visa applications are accepted only from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm during working days from Saturday to Wednesday. You will be informed by telephone when the visa is ready for collection. Visa collection is from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. during working days.

Submission of documents

• You can apply for your visa in person or by courier service. If you are residing outside Jeddah, you can arrange for a pre-paid courier service for the application and collection of visa without visiting the Consulate personally or through VFS Global, the visa agent appointed by the Consulate. • Visa applications will be accepted only when the following documents are in order:
  
  
  1. Duly completed visa application form or photocopy of application form.
     
     
  2. One (1) recent passport sized photograph to be pasted to the form.
     
     
  3. Photocopy (on A4 size) of your passport pages 2 to 6.
     
     
  4. Photocopy (on A4 size) of your airtickets and/or confirmed itinerary. (State the type of visa applied for - single, double or multiple journey in Part II of page 2 of the Visa Application Form).
     
     
  5. Letter of Introduction (LOI) from Singaporean Individual or company in Singapore. (Sample of LOI is attached). Official Notes from Saudi MFA or other government ministries will also be accepted.
     
     
  6. All documents in Arabic, including official notes, should be translated into English.
     
     
  7. A local telephone number for contact when the visa is approved.

Visa Fees

• The visa processing fee for each application is SR 90.00 (cash or bank draft drawn on Saudi British Bank only). No personal cheques are acceptable. Visa fees are non refundable.
  

Processing Time

• The normal processing time for visas application by Saudi nationals is between 3-5 working days. For other nationalities, the processing time may vary between 1-2 weeks.
