Certificate of Clearance

A Certificate of Clearance (formerly known as Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) is issued by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Singapore Police Force to Citizens of Singapore to certify that a person has no criminal conviction in Singapore. Applicant must show documentary proof from the relevant foreign immigration/government authority which clearly indicates that the production of the Certificate of Clearance is required. The Singapore Police Force (http://www.spf.gov.sg) has ceased issuing Certificate of Clearance to non-Singapore citizens with effect from 18 October 2010.

Should you require further assistance or clarification on the application of Certificate of Clearance, please click on http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/cert_issued.htm for more information. You may also contact the Singapore Police Force at telephone numbers (+65) 64358275 or (+65) 64358277 during office hours, or email to SPF_CID_COC@spf.gov.sg.
