Application / Extension
The Consulate accept applications for Singapore International Passports. These applications will be referred to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) for processing. The Consulate also renews Singapore passports. Relevant application forms are available at the Consulate. You can also download a copy of the application form from here (click here)
Loss
If your passport is lost / stolen, you will need to do the following:
- Lodge a police report
- Get ready two passport-sized photographs. Instant photographs are acceptable.
- Contact the Consulate.(Please bring along a copy of your police report and documentary proof of your Singapore citizenship and your identity, preferably with your photograph on it eg. Singapore Identification Card, Indian Driving licence etc
