The Merlion is getting a makeover for its 40th birthday on Sept 15.
Hoardings will be installed around the tourist attraction at One Fullerton on June 15, and it will reopen for public viewing in early September. During the closure, fine crack lines will be fixed and stains on the statue will be removed. The waveform on which it sits will also be replaced.
